Is there a limit on patient records?
No. Patient records are unlimited under fair use.
Is storage limited?
No published GB limit. Storage is subject to fair use.
Can I add doctors later?
Yes. Additional doctor seats are ₹999 per month, billed pro rata.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial runs for 14 days and there is no automatic charge at the end of it.
What happens if payment fails?
RXI provides a seven-day payment grace period before subscription access is paused. Data is not deleted.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual pricing is billed upfront and works out cheaper per month. Monthly pricing is billed each month at the higher rate. The toggle above shows both.
